Often times people think that struggles with health or weight are due to a lack of will power or that there is something wrong with their bodies. Many clients communicate that they “know what they need to do,” but cannot follow through. We disagree! Typically clients are struggling due to the overwhelming amount of mixed messages from society and media and are not slowing down to find the individualized fit for themselves.
